I live in a tourist destination so we get thousands of families that come into our town to trick or treat. We had over 300 kids in 25 minutes. I only bought one large bag of candy this year so we were done after that. One year I bought $70 worth of candy, and it was all gone in two hours. It's crazy here.
We got around 40ish I'd guess. There was this one little boy(about 3 years old) and he said trick or treat and opened his bag I put candy in and he turned around to walk away. Then he turn back around and said trick or treat again and opened his bag back up. It was adorable I just kept giving him more candy.
Exactly one. Our neighbor's little boy. Then we went over there. It was rainy and miserable, so we didn't want to take the kids out walking around, so we and our neighbors knocked on each others' doors. Kinda cute.
We had about 20-30 before we had to leave the house. We listed our house this week (and put an offer on our dream property!!!) for some reason people wanted to come look during prime TOTing hours??? I left a bowl of candy by the front door for kids to help themselves, but according to the realtor she saw ONE kid empty the entire bowl... Kinda figured that would happen, but what can you do?
We had some place to go so I didn't think we would be home. I gave my candy to my parents who was watching mister while we were out. We got home at 5:00. I took half the candy back thinking we were going to miss the bulk of it. I was wrong. We probably had at least 60 people. I ran out of candy and had to call my parents to bring more candy over. BTW they live 5 minutes away.
Re: How may Trick-or-Treaters did you get?
Private road in the woods'll do that.
