looking for old post on getting young kids involved in service/volunteering...

anyone know what i'm referring to? I think it was on this board... someone asked about ways to get young kids who can't do 'typical' volunteering activities involved in the concept of service & volunteering in ways they can participate... a link would be awesome if anyone happens to know where it is. thanks!
