NBR - DH got a new job!

I am so excited and proud of my hard-working husband! He currently works in an independent contractor position at a medical equipment company, which has no insurance benefits, paid time off, etc. Yesterday he got an offer for an engineer employee position in the same company - with benefits including health insurance that will cost us MUCH less, paid time off, etc. Plus a pretty good pay increase! This is GREAT news for us. I am cutting way back on my already part-time job with the approaching arrival of LO #2 (will be mostly SAHM once new baby is here) so this will make up the difference.
