Easy "brunch style" finger foods?

I am hosting a baby shower for my sister Saturday. I am so last minute and stressing majorly about the food. My little sister is supposed to be co-hosting, but has done jack squat. The theme is Breakfast at Tiffany's and it is at 11am.

I need some SUPER easy brunch style foods that are easy to serve.

So far my mom has offered to make fruit salad and deviled eggs. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks ladies!!

What about mini quiches?  They usually sell than at the store so if they are not to expensive you could serve those.

    Good luck!

Ohh,, cinnamon rolls! Why didn't I think of that one! Awesome thanks!

And I saw pigs in a blanket on there too. That would be easy! Do you think that would fit into a breakfast or no?

Quiche is super easy! I never made mini ones but I have an easy recipe for a pie quiche you just cut into slices. It's eggs, onions, bacon cut into small pieces and mozzarella cheese. It's yummy! You can supplement the bacon for almost anything! Infact you can add anything into a quiche.

Also you can do cinnamon rolls, eggs salad sandwiches cut small, Brie with crackers, smoked salmon on bagels, etc. Good luck!

Do you have a Sam's club nearby? They have fresh mini croissants that are delicious and you could use them to make sandwiches. I love them with chicken salad.
