  Happy Halloween!! Have fun handing out candy in your new home!

  I am headed down to see my cousin and meet her baby girl for the first time tonight. Can't wait to see them. We will be handing out candy too, but I think her LO will be the only one dressed up this year.

  It's my favorite holiday too!! I'm at work right now, but only for a half day - I wore my orange and black

  When I get off work, I'm running to pick up stuff for dinner (making white chicken chili), and then I'm going to get that ready, roast the pumpkin seeds from our pumpkins that we carved last night, pick up DS at some point - then our neighborhood has a HUGE Halloween parade at 6:30 escorted by our local police and fire dept and after that the kids start trick-or-treating. We get SLAMMED every year...has to be at least 150 kids, no lie. I spend almost $100 on Halloween candy every year. But we will be taking DS and he is going as Buzz Lightyear.

  Happy Halloween!  Today I'm leaving work early to see DS at his school Halloween parade and then they do Trunk-or-Treating in the parking lot.  Parents decorate their trunks and give out candy.  I'm not decorating my trunk and doing that part but I will watch him get his candy and then go home to give out our candy to the neighborhood kids. 

  Feels good to finally have normal Halloween in Jersey after two years!  A freak snow storm two years ago followed by Superstorm Sandy last year.

  We're giving out candy which in our neighborhood is a full time job!!! We get the little kids early before it even gets dark and they keep coming until 9 or 10. I think last year we had 60 or so kids, we lost count. So we have a MOUNTAIN of candy! We were up late last night carving pumpkins.

  We're boring when it comes to Halloween. I live in an apartment complex and don't see any kids, and I don't have any neighborhoods nearby I could take DS - so we'll stay inside and watch Halloween movies. I did take him to a Halloween festival our town hosts every year [that was on Tuesday], so he got his costume/candy/trick-or-treat fix. I'll pick up a bag of candy during lunch, just in case we do have someone come around.

  Happy Halloween ghouls! I took DD to a fall festival last night and tonight am taking her trick-or-treating. (She already collected a huge pumpkin bucket full of candy from a parade this past weekend. It's a good thing I'm craving sweets! Here comes another dimple in my ass.) Have a fun and safe day!!

  We are heading over to our friends house to have dinner and pass out candy with them. Lets be honest here, the men will more than likely sit in the hot tub and drink while we do everything.

  We're heading to our church for a "harvest festival" with games, free food and candy!!!  I think it will be lots of fun.  But I kinda wish we were gonna be home b/c there's lots of kids in our neighborhood.  I'd enjoy seeing all of them, meeting them and passing out candy.  Definitely next year!  We didn't plan on dressing up but maybe we'll come up with something easy and quick.  Enjoy everybody!!!

  I'm wearing the same skeleton/skeleton baby shirt for my costume and we're announcing today. We live in an apartment with a buzz-in system so no trick-or-treaters I didn't even buy any candy. Le sigh

  We live in the country so we have to take DD to her sitters neighborhood. I wish we had a busy neighborhood so we could pass out candy too.

  At work today we had a Pumpkin Bake Off! It was soo much fun and everyone got really competitive. It was funny! I won Most Creative for my pumpkin ice cream sandwiches! I dressed as little red riding hood but just wore a white work appropriate dress with a red cape/ hood and DH is wearing a wolf mask. This is our first Halloween where we should get trick or treaters! I'm very excited!
