At my 6wk, my midwife took my weight and BP (AW moment: I lost 50lbs from my heaviest pregnancy and 20lbs from prenatal weight and don't have to be on BP meds anymore!). Then, we talked about how my mood was, if I was getting any sleep or had serious concerns/cramping or pain. We talked about returning to sex and contraception. Then, she did a pelvic exam (I wasn't due for a pap smear, but she offered.. I refused). Then, she checked the incision and palpated my abdomen. It was about 45min total. Hope you get a clean bill of health!

This is exactly how mine went. The internal exam was very quick and mostly just checking to make sure my c/s incision was healed on the inside. For some reason I was anxious about the appointment but it was nothing.
