    Thanks for asking.

    I am not sure what is happening with my brother. I am partially distancing myself as a method of self preservation, and on the other hand I am burying my head in the sand because it is painful.

    Supposedly he is off heroin and has been for a few months now. Still smoking weed. He finally has a job. Still irresponsible, still burning bridges, still every bit the addict via behavior, but that will likely be lifelong.

    All the other issues are manageable.
