    We got 3 offers.
    One cash $10k less than asking.
    One with pretty weak cash $2500 above asking.
    One cash at asking.
    The house was on the market for 13 days.

    After assessing the market on our purchasing end we decided we weren't quite ready to make the plunge.
    We have since figured out where we want to move and are ready to list again in May 2014.
