  I'm so sorry you are going through this but know you are not alone! It is very hard but this is a wonderful group of ladies! Most of us are doing IVF at this point. I hope all goes well for you and welcome!

  2013- 2 IVF cycles with PGD to prevent genetic disorder from being passed on. Both BFFN

  Sorry that you're here. Infertility is such a difficult and lonely journey, but it doesn't have to be. The ladies here are super supportive and knowledgeable. Good luck with your IUi and I hope your stay is short and sweet.

  I'm sorry you feel this way - I know where you are coming from.  It's been over 2 years TTC for us and we are also still unexplained.  Possibly the reason is due to thin lining, but you would think something would have worked by now.  Good luck with yoru 2WW.

  TTC since 9/2011. DH - 32, me 32.

  IUI#1 (natural): BFN; IUI#2 (clomid): BFN; IUI#3 (clomid and follistim): BFN.

  IVF #1 March 2013, freeze all (OHSS).

  FET#1 June: BFN

  FET#2 August: delayed due to thin lining (6.3).  Took a few months off to try and thicken the lining with lots of estrodial.  FET#2.2 December: Cancelled due to thin lining (4.8). Two frosties left.

  *New RE* Sonohystrogram and hystereoscopy done in Feb.

  IVF #2: ER 3/4/14  ET 3/7/14, transferred 3, 3 day 9 cell perfect embryos.  No frosties.

  Beta #1 (14dp3dt) 504

  Beta #2 (21dp3dt) 11,561

  First ultrasound on 4/3/14 showed 3 sacs: one empty and two with beating hearts!!  At 7w2d, found out that one baby did not have a heartbeat anymore.  Praying that baby B makes it.  Baby B is a girl!

  I have unexplained infertility as well.  It is very frustrating. I hope the IUI brings you success and you don't have to go any further with treatment. GL!

  IVF#1 (4/13)-19 retrieved, 18 mature, 16 fertilized w/ ICSI=lucky #7 frosties

  ET cancelled due to OHSS

  FET #1 June 2013/transferred 2=Chemical

  FET #2 August 2013/transferred 2=Chemical

  FET #3 October 2013=BFN

  IVF#2 (2/14)-17 retrieved, 14 mature, 11 fertilized w/ ICSI, 3 blasts, PGS= all 3 abnormal

  IVF#3 (5/14)-13 retrieved, 11 mature, 9 fertilized w/ ICSI, 2 blasts, PGS=both abnormal

  IVF#4 (8/14)-5-day transfer of 2 embies=BFP! (8/28/14) beta 99

  ET delayed due to OHSS 
  FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!)

  Lurker from 3TC here!  Have you checked out the Trouble Trying to Conceive board?  There you will mostly find women who are going through IUIs vs IVF.  Good luck on this current cycle!

  6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  

  IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 

  Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???

  12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical

  After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  

  2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
  BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

  I understand where you are coming from. We too are unexplained, which feels to me like the most frustrating. I mean, what exactly are we trying to treat? I feel like I would be less crazy about it if I knew there was a practical real reason behind our issues...a goal to work towards, something specific we are trying to fix.  We are continuing down the same path as before my m/c since it did actually work, and we are not open to doing IVF. 

  It is incredibly difficult watching everyone around you get KU. I want to be happy for them but in reality it hurts my heart!  Good luck with this cycle.

  3 failed IUI's, 6/2013 - IUI #4 150mg clomid, BFP, 7 weeks heartbeat, M/C at 9 weeks

  IUI#5 (Oct) & 6 (Nov) 150mg clomid -BFN

  Last IUI on 12/7 and that's the end of the road...onto adoption if that is what is meant to be for us.
