Anyone else still doing the 30 min naps? We are still doing three naps a day as a result. The odd time I'll get an hour and a half but that's a rare occurrence. So much for that bs about naps lengthening...
Ok I just want to give you ladies some hope. My LO started taking a 20 min nap and a 3 hour nap every day when she turned 8months. It literally happened overnight so don't lose hope!
Sometimes! We either get 3 30-45 min naps or one 1.5-2 hour nap and one 30-45 min nap. The good news is the frequency of the 3 nap days is slowing down. We're making the transition to 2 but it goes back and forth.
I'm good either way as long as night sleep stays good and he continues to be happy and well rested!

Same here, but not quite the same time frames. We were at 4 thirty minute naps a day since birth, pretty much. Then at around 7 months, one day he took two 90 minute naps. Every day since then, we have rarely gotten less than an hour one, and the other is usually longer by anywhere from 15-60 minutes. It just totally changed out of nowhere!
We are still totally hit or miss with naps. I'm sure I'm partly (read: mostly) to blame because DH and I don't really have a schedule (we're self-employed), so DS's "schedule" gets messed with a lot from day to day. I'm definitely guilty of days where all his naps are in the car... And then sometimes we have that gold standard day where he naps for an hour in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, but those days are very few and far between. Mostly I just try to make sure he's getting 14-15 hours of sleep per 24 hour period. It would be nice if he were more consistent, but again, it's mostly our fault!
