Belly bandit sucks

Soooo, I'm 10 weeks pp from a c section. I used the belly bandit for about 6-7 weeks pp to help with the"empty belly" feeling after the c section and to help put my belly back to normal. I stopped using it bc it's bulky and annoying. I'm going back to work in 2 weeks, and would like something to wear to smooth everything out. I wear a uniform to work, so I would rather not buy a bigger shirt to hide the pp belly. Does anyone have any suggestions to a more slimmer/smoother belly sucker-inner? Lol

  • I'm using a body shaper, but it makes pumping a pain in the rear.

I wear yummie tummies undies. To me, they are more comfortable than Spanx.

And I also have a body shaper that is waist only so it doesn't interfere with bf/ pumping. It has boning though, so I don't think I will wear it at work. If it's on for more than a couple hours, I need a fainting couch. It's nice to have if I ever go out though. It's the TC Fine Intimates Waist Cincher. It does work well.

  • I wear a tight camisole with built in bra over my nursing bra. Helps with support and smooths the belly some.
  • Over the summer, somebody on the board recommended the Bellefit, and I ordered one before I delivered. I liked it a lot. It was way more comfortable and effective than the Belly Bandit. I ended up ordering a second one so I could alternate them because I didn't want to go without it in the first six or seven weeks, but it has an under-the-crotch strap, so it definitely needed to be washed regularly.

    I bought these:

I love them. They make any shirt a breastfeeding shirt. Pull up or down my tummy is covered! They hold me in more than my very expensive spanx, and you can't beat the price. Plus you can get them at walmart, target, amazon, - anywhere.

I hated my belly bandit because I have a long torso.

    EDIT: Wrong link originally.

  • I got the original and exchanged it for the BFF Belly Bandit and it made ALL the difference in the world.  It was a thousand times better.  I'm also wearing their Mother Tucker garment which i really like.
