Today....where do I start? (BFP?) Still have no idea...(ectopic? possible)

Ok....so I go in for bloodwork this morning. Day 21 and they are looking at me starting Lupron tonight. They check HCG level just in case as we were "on our own" this cycle since the BFN of the IVF #1, as well as estrogen and progesterone. I get a call from my husband at work that is patched in by the school secretary telling me my husband has to speak with me. I get the call and find out that they found a positive HCG test and I need to be there within 45 minutes for an ultrasound.
Now, I am in the middle of "end of day" lessons with my students.....had to get them to another teacher....and then tell the office I had to leave....personal emergency. I am thinking the whole way to the DR that they mistook my bloodwork for someone else. I get there, talk to the dr. and have the ultrasound (internal). Nothing was found in my tubes or uterus. IT IS ONLY DAY 21! They tell me my HCG (beta) is 144! It's either a miracle on our own this cycle or a hidden ectopic pregnancy. Now, I need to go in for bloodwork on Wednesday and then a possible ultrasound Friday. He said the number should be in the 300's Wednesday if it's a new pregnancy. If it's part of the failed IVF...where I had 3 embryos transferred, they are praying it is not in my tubes. I am numb. I was praying multiple hail Mary's thinking "please find it....anywhere!"
The RE said that it can't be seen until beta is around 1,000 so that would leave me looking into it by Sunday but with an every other day look at blood work and ultrasounds until they can confirm something. OMG! I am in limbo. My husband couldn't make it to the appointment and I was just dumbfounded.....not wanting to celebrate but also not wanting to be thinking the worst...as in ectopic pregnancy. The RE said this could be a miracle baby but said he was completely 50/50 in that it could go either way. He is the head person at the center!
So now I sit on standby, making sure I have lesson plans and hoping that everything is ok. I need to tell my boss why I left early tomorrow, as he was not in the building at the close of the day. The secretary was on hand as well as my teammate.
Please send as many prayers as possible.....I need to focus on my job, not stressing out and thinking the worst, but also not getting too excited as I know beta #2 is the key! .......as is the ultrasound to see where this baby is.
You are the only ones besides my husband that I can tell. Thank you for all of the support.....HUGS to those that need them and know I am still beside myself trying to figure out what this may be. Scared, yes....hopeful, yes. Like the RE said.....I'm 50/50!

IVF#2 - Lupron plan (set to begin on 10/28/13) (Planning on thawing and fertilizing our 6 eggs with ICSI as well as all of the mature eggs they retrieve with this fresh cycle.)
Late October 2013 - ectopic pregnancy - methotrexate injection....benched 3 months
CD1 - 12/5/13...Lupron set to start on 12/26/13; CD1 - 1/2/14....Baseline 1/3/14....begin follistim tonight and continue with lupron. (Got my calendar today! IVF#2 is a go!)
ER = 1/14/14 (11 eggs....9 were mature. 9 fertilized. Of the 6 mature eggs we thawed, only 4 fertilized. At this time, we have 13 eggs fertilized and growing. Waiting for news about a 3-day or 5-day transfer.)
ET = 1/19/14 (5dt).....3 blastocysts transferred! (All nine embryos didn't make it to freeze. =( )

November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

IVF #3: ER 12/1 and only 2 retrieved. 1 fertilized with ICSI. Was planning on transferring one fresh and one frozen....fresh was only 14 cells at day 5...CANCELLED and devastated due to 5cm blood filled cyst in ovary and blood in uterus.
IVF #4: Antagonist protocol with endometrial scratch day one of stims. ER 4/21: 6R/4M/3F- transferred 2 beautiful blasts (5dt) and one was hatching! No frosties but hoping we won't need it! Beta 5/4/14- 444(8dp5dt), Beta #2 10dp5dt 1002! THIS HAS GOT TO BE IT!!!!!!!!!! First US 5/15 we saw two of the most beautiful gestational and yolk sacs I have ever seen!
