monitoring for pre-e

I went for my regular OB appointment today thinking I would just get to ask all the questions I had. I was feeling warm, but figured it was because I just got done wrangling first graders all day. Turns out my blood pressure was kinda high 130/90 (I'm usually about 118/70). They found protein in my urine, noticed my swelling. I have been having mild headaches and little stars in my vision (I thought it was because I had positional vertigo three years ago). Anyway, they have me collecting my urine for 24 hours and I go back on Thursday for more blood work. I'm hoping everything turns out okay and am worried about Baby Snoopy. Any thoughts, prayers, advice, etc are totally welcome.

Have you had your iron levels checked? & I hope you've told your OB this.
