Halloween costume ?

DS is going as a Viking. While we will not be going to many houses, just friends and family, I need something for him to carry his goodies in. I would prefer it to match and go with his costume since I made it myself. I really don't want it to just be a generic plastic pumpkin. Does anyone have any ideas?

You could get a black or brown bag and just paint Viking symbols on it...a quick google image search should get you some symbols.

Or put some fur trim on it. Or heck, an entire fur bag.

What if you got a pumpkin spray paint it goldand pput horns on it? Or find a viking helmet and put a handle on it...or make a Norse boat out of cardboard...maybe a shoebox?
