Ok...chill out. I'm wondering if anyone here is dealing with major male factor issues. Even though I'm pregnant (I have no known reproductive issues), WE are still faced with the worry that DH won't get better. Almost every case I read about, the man responds to clomid or anastrozole...my DH has had zero improvement on his SA (the lower count and higher motility pretty much cancel each other out) and only minimal improvement on his T levels. We don't know what the future holds for us.
And I looked for an mfi board but I didn't see one. Does anyone want to kindly direct me into the right direction for someone like me?

Just for the record....my main concern is my husband's health, not on having more children. His low T levels have an impact on his day to day life (cause low libido, osteopenia, fatigue, mood issues, etc). Obviously, I am in the wrong place, but please, direct me to the right one. And btw, I I'm sure it is somewhere, but I don't see a group description here.

BFN. IVF#3(4/13) Natural start antagon protocol, 12R,11F. one PGS normal at day 6 transfer. BFN. IVF#4 (11/13) C.CRM (ODW.U normal 8/13 Still no Diagnosis) EPP/antagonist. ER 13R/7M/6F. This is the board description that you apparently Missed. My husband has male factor infertility, I have been through hell. We are currently getting ready to our fourth embryo transfer. That means I have had three failed. The last thing I want to hear about is how lucky you were to get pregnant without any help. This board is not the appropriate place for what you are asking. This is a board for women who have been dealing with infertility for a long time. We are close and we support each other. Apologize and move on. I would suggest a board for you but I'm not really sure which one. You could try secondary infertility or success after infertility. Please do not post on this board again. Also please be sensitive to other women with infertility because many have not had their first or had multiple failures. Infertility has changed the person that I am, we have been trying since January 2010, that's a little longer than your five months.

Thank you firesiren for posting the description I could not find (maybe because I'm on the mobile version). I really promise I'm not trying to hurt anyone. Our journey extends beyond the five months we have known about DH's issue, of course. We also dealt with many cycles of ttc without success, charting, opks, etc before the issue was diagnosed as well, which I know is not the same as years/many failed cycles of IVF, etc.
Please understand I am not trying to be malicious. I'm trying to find help for my husband on an issue that isn't as well discussed as a lot of the female infertility issues. Searches on low T and clomid/anastrozole treatment for men often lead to forums about anabolic steroids...which I am guessing are not credible sources. I will look in the boards you suggested. I'm just trying to find a larger pool of people than I already know of, to see what has worked for them. We are trying very hard right now to avoid TRT but fear it may be the only thing that works for DH.
Good luck with your embryo transfer and I extend my best wishes to all the women on this board dealing with infertility issues (whether it is with you or your SO). Based on my (limited apparently) experience, I would not wish it on my worst enemy.

12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s, 1/12: D&C
6/12 IUI#1-IUI #3: clomid = BFP!, C/P
IVF #1(10/12) FSH 5.4, AFC: 16 long Lupron, 5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast/1-8 cell transferred=BFN
IVF #2(12/12)AFC 21, MD lupron, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast and 2-8cell. BFN.
IVF#3(4/13) Natural start antagon protocol, 12R,11F. one PGS normal at day 6 transfer. BFN.
IVF#4 (11/13) C.CRM (ODW.U normal 8/13 Still no Diagnosis) EPP/antagonist. ER 13R/7M/6F. Only 1 made it to freeze. Abnormal. Looking into options of DE, Fresh vs frozen.
10/14 new local RE to look into what's next. CD3 FSH 4.7, AMH 0.9. Met with DE agencies and exploring options for feb/march 2015.
Surprise natural bfp (4 days before donor is signed). Beta #1 at 9dpo: 51.8, 2nd beta: 195 (25 hours doubling) @11dpo. 3rd beta (12/15): 516 (35 hrs doubling) 4th beta(12/17): 895 (58 hours doubling) 5th beta(12/19): 2120. U/S at 5w0d(12/22): one gestational sac with yolk sac. U/S #2 (6w0d)12/29. One little bean measuring 6w0d with HR 124. 3rd u/s(1/4)7w0d: baby measuring 7w2d. HR 134. 3/30: A/S at MFM went great except for low lying placenta. Verifi results are normal! Team Blue! Please send any positive thoughts our way! EDD:8/24/2015

I'm SOOO sorry you spent five whole months "invested" trying to treat your husband with Clomid. BEEN THERE DONE THAT. BOO EFFING HOO.
And I'm soooo sorry that you can't figure out why you got pregnant this time and are worried about your second. GUESS WHAT? Your husbands sperm met your egg and WAHLAH. Most of us have never and will never get to say that!

Women who haven't even been pregnant EVER after many years, tens of thousands of dollars (and in some cases, EVEN OVER A HUNDRED THOUSAND) and STILL have nothing to show for it!
Some women have ovaries that behave even worse than a 50 year old. Some women have lost many babies. SOME WOMEN HERE HAVE HELD THEIR INFANTS IN THEIR ARMS KNOWING THEY WOULD NOT LIVE MORE THAN AN HOUR.

This is the board description that you apparently Missed. My husband has male factor infertility, I have been through hell. We are currently getting ready to our fourth embryo transfer. That means I have had three failed. The last thing I want to hear about is how lucky you were to get pregnant without any help. This board is not the appropriate place for what you are asking. This is a board for women who have been dealing with infertility for a long time. We are close and we support each other. Apologize and move on.
I would suggest a board for you but I'm not really sure which one. You could try secondary infertility or success after infertility. Please do not post on this board again. Also please be sensitive to other women with infertility because many have not had their first or had multiple failures. Infertility has changed the person that I am, we have been trying since January 2010, that's a little longer than your five months.

Please understand I am not trying to be malicious. I'm trying to find help for my husband on an issue that isn't as well discussed as a lot of the female infertility issues. Searches on low T and clomid/anastrozole treatment for men often lead to forums about anabolic steroids...which I am guessing are not credible sources. I will look in the boards you suggested. I'm just trying to find a larger pool of people than I already know of, to see what has worked for them. We are trying very hard right now to avoid TRT but fear it may be the only thing that works for DH.
Good luck with your embryo transfer and I extend my best wishes to all the women on this board dealing with infertility issues (whether it is with you or your SO). Based on my (limited apparently) experience, I would not wish it on my worst enemy.
