Pediatrician and daycare recs for Tucker area

Anyone have any recommendations for pediatricians or daycares in the Tucker area?

    We use Childrens Medical Group.  We adore all of the docs, but use Dr. Meeks primarily.

    We are the same as Susan. Sorry I don't know any peds that are on the Tucker side, just Decatur. Depending on the drive for you, lots of people are also happy with Dekalb Pediatrics. And a new small office just opened in Oakhurst with two pediatricians, it's called Oakhurst Pediatrics. Docs are both supposed to be awesome! It may be a little far for you though. Also check out Sage Hill pediatrics off of Briarcliff. We have friends that love Dr. Rodbell.

    Yay for this question.  I'm going through the same things.  I've heard good things about Dekalb Pediatrics as well, but don't know if it's too far.  (I live by Tucker HS).  

    I've heard that Grandma's Finest Daycare is good.  I am planning on taking a tour there.  There just doesn't seem to be a ton of options for daycares around here.

    @djtippietoes you and I probably live within a few minutes of each other...I'm just down LaVista from THS. I've driven by Grandma's Finest a few times and it certainly looks nice. When are you going to take a tour?

    We probably do live really close to each other!

    We'll probably look at it in the next couple of weeks.  Are you going to tour there too?  I drive by that Brilliant Star one (by CVS on Chamblee-Tucker) every day.  I might check it out too, though I'm not sure if it looks legit.

    Grandma's Finest is on our list to tour. Actually, that's all that's on the list right now! My mom has a friend with 2 daughters who use a daycare around here. She's supposed to be getting me the name, so I'll pass that along to you when I get it. I don't know when we'll start touring places because LO won't need to be in day care until August. Oh, and I know that place you're talking about by CVS...it always looks sketchy to me.
