  K is 22 lbs and still fits in a size medium Halo Sleep Sack.  I'll bump him up to a large in a month or two.  He's not that long, though.  Only about 26 inches, I think.

  DD is about 20 lbs and 29 inches long and we're using a larger Halo sleep sack. I think it's M size? I am pretty sure she would kick a blanket off.

  Right now DS in is a medium sleep sack but we will be getting him some large ones soon.

  DD is 7mos old and 20 lbs and she's in her large Halo sack every night (it's huge on her but i didn't want to get a medium and risk her growing out of it...they are expensive!!). I intend to use it until maybe she tries to stand in her crib and the sack causes her to trip or something.

  The Halo goes the largest, it fits up to 18-24months I believe.  I just bought one for my 8mo old, and she's in 12 mo sizes.  I do wish they had sleeve though.

  DS is 18 lbs. and we use the Small or Medium Halo sleep sack.  The small fits better across the shoulders but he's almost too tall for it (27").  The medium is plenty long but huge at the top.  Carter's makes a sleep sack with sleeves that is 0-9 months, but your DD would probably outgrow that pretty quickly if she's already in 9 mos. size.
