Back pain relief needed

I have been experiencing a lot of back pain in the last few weeks. It is not associated with any other cramping or spotting so I'm sure it's not anything serious. I can't seem to find any relief. It is tightness and soreness in the middle of my back. Has anyone found any good remedies to get some relief? Not sure how much more of this I can take.

massages, stretching, trying to move around a bit more so you don't get stiff. I have a messed up back from horseback riding falls while growing up, and those things help provide some level of relief. Unfortunately though, back pain is fairly common in pregnancy...just another fun thing!

10 min yoga + hot bath... and getting off my butt and stretching (while at work). or a light jog/walk with the puppies.

I would try a warm bath and some stretching. Have you ever had a chiropractic adjustment? If so I would look into getting adjusted as well. Hope you can get some relief soon!

Prenatal massage helps. Also, a hot bath and stretches, definitely stretch if you are on your tush all day.

I found that stretching and laying on a hard floor for a little bit helps a lot...and of course a massage.
But it just goes right back to hurting the next day....stupid work chair sucks.

Stretching! I have had back issues for 4 years and if I stretch consistently everyday it helps a ton. Also depending on the issue, applying heat/ice could help. In my case heat just causes inflammation in my back, so I have to use ice.
