Hi ladies. I've been lurking her for quite some time now. I posted a question a while back(like May) about blocked tubes. You guys were super helpful at that time, thank you! You welcomed me back then, but I didn't feel right barging in here so soon. It's been a year now, so I figured it was about time to introduce myself & start participating.
I'm Becky, 33 yr old office manager living in South Jersey(for now). I'm a pretty regular poster on TTC. I was diagnosed with IR-PCOS back in April of 2008, that was confirmed again this spring. In May of this year we learned that both of my tubes were blocked, or at least appeared to be. I had an HSG in June, that showed my right tube as partially blocked & cleared (we think) my left tube. We got pregnant that cycle, but that little one never grew past 6 weeks. I'm heading in for a lap & hysteroscopy on Thursday. FX that they can get righty to open up. There's a stupid long post novel in my blog with a lot more information if anyone is interested.
Looking forward to getting to know you ladies.
Me: IR-PCOS, elevated DHEAs, low progesterone, weak ovulation DH: low volume, low T
SHG 5/10/13: both tubes blocked; HSG 6/28 = Left tube cleared! Right blocked.
BFP#1 7/20/13 EDD 3/30/14, m/c 8/19/13, D&E 8/21/13, Chromosomal results = normal, female
Lap & hysteroscopy scheduled for 10/31, right tube cleared, no endo found! ...Happy Halloween!
Cycle 14: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP! EDD 9/16/14~ Rowan Elizabeth born sleeping at 17w4d on 4/12/14 due to IC.

New RE June 2014. RPL b/w - negative. SIS looking for uterine/cervical abnormalities & Asherman's 6/10/14 - ALL CLEAR!
Cycle 16: Natural IUI = CP, Cycle 17: Femara (2.5) + IUI = BFN, Cycle 18 Femara (5) + IUI = BFFN, Cycle 19: Break
Cycle 20: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP EDD 6/20, transvaginal cerclage 12/19, Carson Quinn born sleeping at 16w3d on 1/6/15 due to IC
Phone consult with Dr. Haney (Univ of Chicago) for transabdominal cercalge scheduled for 2/9/15.

Welcome (back) to 3T, Becky. Sorry you have hit the one year mark and find yourself here but I hope your stay is short. I am also really sorry to hear of your loss.
Good luck on your Lap and Hysteroscopy on Thursday. I had the same procedure(s). Hopefully yours goes as smoothly as mine did.

Lap and Hysteroscopy June 2012
DX: PCOS, Stage III Endo, slight Adenomyosis, blocked tube, and probable LPD
Treatments: 6 Months Lupron Depot injections; 1500 mg metformin; 3 cycles of Clomid + TI = BFN
3 endometrial biopsies all were "out of phase"
September - December, 2013: Break to lose weight and get healthy
40 lb weight loss but still not ovulating "in phase"
February - March 2014: bcps + follistim + trigger + TI = BFP
Beta #1 (12dpo): 30; Beta #2 (18dpo): 500; Beta #3 (25dpo): 7,000!!!
1st u/s 4/16: One beautiful hb at 144 bmp
2nd u/s 4/29: hb at 166 bmp. Graduated from RE!!

Baby girl arrived on Thanksgiving day weighing 7lbs 6oz and measuring 20 inches

Cycle #2 - IUI #2 cancelled – FAIL
Cycle #3 - IUI #2 12.27.13 BFN
Cycle #4 - IUI #3 1.24.14 BFN
Cycle #5 - IVF #1 with ICSI(2 3bb blasts) 3.19.14, no frosties.. BFN
Surprise BFP on 6.10.14 ... Miscarried 7.7.14
Walked away from Fertility Treatments and began to look into our Foster/Adopt License in April 2014.

IUI's 1-3 = BFN, IVF converted to IUI 4/13 = BFN
IVF 1.2: 8R 6M 4F -- 2 blastocysts frozen, FET 8/15 = BFP!!
Beta #s = 445;1,098; 9,545 -- EDD 5/2 -- Team Pink!

September 2012: Start IF testing
DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1
