Two thumbs up for today.

Ev got her first round of shots. I'm two for two for "may cry for hours" and zero for two for "may experience drowsiness."

And while pacing the house with a screaming baby I noticed a fully engorged tick on one of our dogs. I texted DH to call the vet since no one would be able hear me ever her right now.

Is it too early for a drink?

N was having a really hard time. We gave him a little Tylenol and he was back to his normal happy self.

Oh shit! I pulled 2 ticks off my dog last week. Those things are freaky looking. My LO was vaccinated yesterday. I've had the flu since Thursday, and DH had to work till 2am. Needless to say, It was a rough night.

PS- it's never too earlier for a drink.

This dd did not fall asleep after her shots and was screaming so I gave her a little Tylenol and it helped her relax so she could sleep

I need a couple. LO was up almost every hour last night and then we woke to a flooding toilet and a tub backing with all our neighbors water. Long day with no toilet or shower

I used to think I could only be an alcoholic if I started drinking alone. Well, now I have a baby and I'm never alone. I can drink whenever I want! ;-)

I hear ya. My LO had his two month shots yesterday. If he wasn't sleeping, he was crying. Plus, he had a fever. Fortunately today, after some Tylenol last night, he is back to his happy self.

I hope your day is better and that your little girl is back to her normal self. Plus, I hope you were able to get that drink!
