when the heat is on really high, i get a headache. i'd much rather spend my money on something else and add an extra layer of clothing. plus, i slee best when it is cold. anyway, we kept the heat at 62 before lincoln but since he was born we keep it 68-70 and we roast. when it snows we dress him in a onesie, pajamas and a pajama sleeper for bed since he won't use a blanket. what is your ideal temperature? my girlfriend sleep in sweats and a hoodie when it is 110 here, so clearly there is some preference involved, lol.
Re: what do you keep the heat at?
Our biggest challenge is that the girls' bedrooms are on the far side of the house, and are really cold at night. But even bumping the heat up one or two degrees makes it unbearable for DH and I in our room. Last year we ran a space heater for DD, and the electric bill was out of control. We're looking at a new solution for this winter.
