I experienced increased appetite with my first pregnancy and this one is 10x worse. I woke up in the middle of the night because I was so hungry. I constantly have a gnawing feeling like I haven't eaten in 12 hours even though I eat like every hour or so. If I ignore the hunger, I just end up dry heaving. Any advice/insight?

Yes starving. I've snacked 3 times since our 5 pm dinner and its after 10 now. I'll fess up not all my snacks have been healthy and I'm about to go raid the leftovers in the fridge and eat a second dinner. I need to de-junk my snack selection. We don't keep a lot of junk but I was really dying for some chips the other day and bought 2 bags....like why did I need 2 bags of chips. Just so they could tempt me into eating them all? Its just about worked.
I can't shop. I can't resist my junk urges whilst pregnant...and DH can't shop for me because if I put it on the list (and I would) he would just get it for me. I need a personal shopper to keep me on track! lol
I am STARVING all the time. I wake up in the middle of the night due to hunger pains and my stomach growling! Small meals help throughout the day and I'm working on healthier snacks although french fries and potato chips always sound AMAZING!
Are we the same person? Deer Park Berry Lime sparkling water has been my savior. I made lasagna the other night and had two bites and had the throw the whole thing away. Just the thought of it grosses me out. The same with any big meal really. I have no energy to eat a full meal. I stick to crackers and peanut butter or oatmeal. The "brat diet" [bannanas, apple sauce, rice, etc.] has helped.
