    I read that somewhere, too (not on TB). I think it's a little bizarre that there had to be an extra law against this. Then again, where I live people are pretty respectful of physical boundaries, so I never had anyone do it. In my head, it's easy to tell them to back off.

    In Michigan it's against the laws to cut a woman's hair or for men to serrinade a woman from outside.
