I don't think I ever shared with you ladies that I got a job!! It's only part time but I think it will be great for me and Cam. I am now and Activity Assistant at the nursing home in my town and I love it! Cam goes to daycare the days I work. He cried the first day when I dropped him off but stopped the second I left. Today he went right to the daycare lady no problerms. His only issue is he won't really nap for her. Example he was at daycare today from 9-4:30 and only napped 45 min all day. Hoping that will get better the more he is there. But I'm just glad to have a job and my own money again! :)

    Congrats on the job! I'm sure the napping will improve as he gets used to being there. At first, Rhys barely napped at the nanny's, but now he is much better. My mom keeps him every other Friday and he never naps there; I'm sure it's because he's not used to being there, because his naps are pretty good at home. On the bright side, maybe he'll sleep really well tonight for you?

    That is so awesome, congratulations. Brayden didn't sleep well when my MIL used to watch him at all. To me it was because their house was loud

    Yay, congrats! His sleeping may just take some time to hit a routine. Yet, Ty doesn't sleep too much at daycare either but he is a nosey boy and likes to know what is going on.

    Congratulations! It takes a special person to work in a nursing home and I know your patients' families appreciate your good attitude :-) Also, another non-napper over here. There's just too much to see and do! It has never been a problem for us though.
