3-trimester (29 weeks)..fever and headache for days

in 3rd Trimester
I'm 29 weeks and I have had a mild fever and a dull constant headache for a week or so. I have takin Tylenol and heartburn meds my OB gave me, but I take them everyday when I can (every 12 hours, or what they say). Should I call my doctor and try to figure out what's going on.. or is this normal for the third trimester this is my first pregnancy so I'm new to this and always freaking out over every little..

    True.. ill call in the morning and see I just feel like a bother sometimes cause I call over every little thing..
    My hips have been hurting really bad too sometimes I can't even walk or sleep it is so bad.. but thanks ill call in the morning to figure it out :)

    Once it hits 101 or higher is really the time for concern and your temp being a little higher than normal during pregnancy is normal. The headache on the other hand could be a number of things including high Bp, hormone fluctuations, allergies, sinus infection, etc. if you are drinking enough water, resting and taking Tylenol every 6-8hrs and you still have the headache the. I would either call the on call dr now or call L&D and see what they say.

    My temp hasn't passed 100 yet.. I called my doc today and he said just continue what your doing and drink a lot of water.. and I have cause the first thing I thought was I was dehydrated.. but today I was dizzy all day so I'm going to call again tomorrow and tell them that too..

    So another question for yall.. I'm on week 30 now and I'm always hungery.. I feel like I eat all day everyday.. and it sucks lol but was also wondering if that couls also be part of all the headaches and dizziness..

    sounds like a whole lot of normal.  Third trimester is not comfortable. I wouldn't worry.

    Call...call...call... fever for days is not too good a sign. I know this past week I've had horrible sinus issues and a constant headache with slight dizziness. I went to Er cause I was concerned with dizziness and baby was monitored and all was good. I go see my pcp tomorrow to deal with these horrible sinus issues before I have my Cesarean on 11/7/13. I would like to have sinus dryed up as well asany ear infection I may have before surgery.
