Does anyone else's LO have this? Dr. Google is being less than helpful...I understand that it's harmless and will eventually go away, but I was just wondering if anyone was provided with info about what causes it.
Just looked it up. I think that's what my friend's baby had. They were worried it was epilepsy for a while. But specialists determined it was this. He grew out of it.
Our guy shakes a lot. Head, arms and legs. Sometimes in the car seat, or mostly high chair. I thought this syndrome was more like twitches/ ticks. What my friend's kid did looked like seisures but it turned out to be nothing and grew out of it. I think that is what they called it.
My pedi hasn't labeled it from seeing C do it, but said that it sounded like it when I described it over the phone. C just does a full-body shiver, complete with little "brrr" noise, but it's over and over again while he's in his jumperoo or doing tummy time or getting his diaper changed.
Of course, he won't do it at all when we go to the pedi's office.
