So last week I posted for everyone to post pics of their furry ones. If you don't mind I thought I would start a weekly post for our furry four legged sweeties.

I know some of the other boards I used to be on did this is as well and everyone usually loved it.

pics in sig: Mini and Gray. Gray is 5 and Mini is 1 1/2. Nicknames are Rabies and Memur Lemur. We definitely call them by their nicknames more than their actual names.

This is Smokey. He's a Lab/German Shepherd mix and is 18 months old. He has a ton of energy!

omgosh! but i bet houdini isn't as fat lol. chuckie is such a fat cat. we got him that way. xD

Yeah my Houdini is thin but he has always been like that. I adopted him when his owner a client at the animal hospital I work at passed away. He was in her will to find him a good home. Problem was he was declawed and pretty feral. I worked w him for 4 months and now he is the best cat. Only has about 3 teeth left poor boy. Was an outside cat before she passed she brought him in and declawed him.

not a fan of declawing.

Here are my mutts -- Izzy, she's a red heeler/german shepard/chow mix and Sir Wesley Longbottom, a lab/corgi. DH rescued them both before we met -- he chose well.

Bailey - our 6yr old boxer (she has cancer. We had the external rumors removed. Not sure what's going on inside though).

Awww... I love her! My boxer just passed away a few months back from a heart disorder. Cancer is really common in boxers. I hope she still has a long, happy life!

Thanks. We had to put down our 10yo boxer this summer from heart issues as well. I never realized how much I was attached!
