Seriously??? Who does this??!!!

I am so pissed right now, and stressed and just a bit in shock to be honest. We hired a new girl to work part time for us and we know her through a mutual friend. I talked to her 2 days ago to confirm the times she is working with me this weekend and that I am picking her up tomorrow as well since her house is on the way to where our shows are. I was trying to get ahold of her earlier today to ask her about days she can work next week but I could not reach her. Then tonight as my H and I were driving home from work, our mutual friend calls us to tell us this girl just took off to California with the new guy she is seeing. TOOK OFF. Did not even tell us and if he hadn't called to tell us I would have showed up at her house tomorrow with a vehicle full of animals wondering where the hell she was!! Now we are totally screwed for this weekend. I think I have called everyone I know in this area asking if they can work this weekend and no one can. We are so desperate that we asked my FIL if he can come with me but I doubt he will be able to as my MIL is on bed rest. Ugh. 

Ok, I'm done. Thanks for letting me vent about this stupid twat!

    thanks everyone. No luck getting someone today so I'm going solo. I thought about taking Ava and our sitter just to have an extra pair of hands but depending on Ava's mood that could go horribly wrong. Tomorrow it looks like my FIL may be able to come as I have bigger shows/crowds and I need to have a second person there. However I may want to shoot myself by the end of the day. LOL. What can I do though?

    Thanks! @meow84 that really means a lot to me :) (and @briderx and @hijoi too) 
    I think we are ok for next weekend as our sitter has a niece who really wants a job working with animals. We're going to meet her tonight so if that goes well, she'll start this week. 

    Yesterday went well thank goodness. My H has to do a show at a big festival in Indiana this afternoon so he got to take our one remaining employee with him, therefore I am on my own again today. Crossing my fingers the coati doesn't eat my face. j/k, kind of. haha
