Funniness at the Farmer's Market

So today I took the twins to the farmer's market. A few people from my MoMs group were going so we knew we'd all be there. As we're walking around we keep hearing...OMG, ANOTHER set of twins! (Mind you there were only 4 sets. I saw more than that at the zoo yesterday) At some point we had to tell people that we planned on being there together. Everyone we encountered were freaked out by how many sets of twins there were.

There was this one girl there with her husband. She was so excited to see all of us that she started waving her arms around like she was trying to soak in the twin vibes. She wants twins and says that her husband's mother is a twin. I told her that maybe she will be lucky enough to have twins...or maybe triplets! After I said triplets she kinda backed off. lol

On the way out I saw this girl again and said...good luck with your triplets...or maybe quads! lol

Another woman came up to me and told me that she thought her son was twins but he just wound up being a really big baby. I was like...um...thanks for that story?

People are so weird.

OMG you have no idea. I went to the Riverwalk in San Antonio with them in their stroller. I've never had more tourists taking pictures and trying to do it without me noticing. Best part is...both were sleeping and had the canopies over their seats.

Have people never seen two children before?

I have just resigned myself to being a freak of nature the rest of my life. The twins aren't even here yet and people stop me wherever I go.
