How long should it take for infant to adjust to new formula? LO only receives on avg 4 oz daily.

You need to mix the new and old formula (half and half) for a bit. I usually do this until the old formula is gone

I was told by my son's pediatrician it can take up to 2 weeks.

We went from Enfamil to Babies R US brand, and LO had no problem with the transition. We've been using BRU for about one week now, still with no issues.
