I was re-reading the latest endo post and you seem to be the expert. I'm calling my RE on Monday, but want your (and anyone else's!) thoughts...I would say beginning about January I have intense pain all over my abdomen that I've been attributing to gas/constipation. The thing is I've come to realize it is always sometime during cd1-3. It's so bad that I'm usually in bed for a day curled in a ball, and every time I change positions it brings on more pain. My stomach is also very tender...feels like I've been punched a billion times. Of course Dr. Google has brought up endo, so it's got me questioning it. Thoughts?
Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015.
RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal.
Well it could be endo. It makes your cramping a lot worse and basically just makes you feel miserable. I thought for years I just had bad cramps. The unfortunate thing the only way they can diagnosis endo is with lap surgery. And there are different levels of endo.
Ugh Stupid mobile kicked me out sorry. The main reason I was sent for surgery I was because I wasn't getting pregnant so they did lap surgery to clean it out but the endo had already did its damage. Women can have endo and it not affect anything it's really hard to say. But if you think you have it they have to do surgery to actually diagnosis.
Ugh, the more I look into it the more I think this is going to lead to another surgery. And not even for ttc purposes alone. I cannot continue to have pain like that every cycle. In retrospect I wonder if BCP kept it at bay, then pregnancies. This is the longest I've ever gone (3yrs) without BCP since I was 16. I'd love to be wrong, though.
ETA: thanks for the input btw!

I don't have my gallbladder either and that was a whole different type of pain. I also am\was on prescription meds for pain during AF. I think you need to go over symptoms with your doc and decide from there.
I've talked to my RE about it once back in June, but then my mc happened and it was placed on the back burner. MH is pretty knowledgable about ruling out other things based on symptoms and history, so I don't think it's gallbladder or appendix, especially because it's proving to be cyclical. I've always had bad cramps, and was on prescription meds back in high school/college. I'll def be talking to my RE and trying to confirm or rule it out.

I would definitely talk to your RE about it again. It could PCOS or endo from the symptoms you're describing or something completely different. I have both PCOS and endo (well the endo has pretty much disappeared since having my DD) but I had 3 surgeries for endo. The first was a diagnosis surgery. I hope you get some answers.

Re: @freakyfast (and anyone else with endo knowledge!)
Do you have your gallbladder?
Appendix?
I've had pancreatitis before ( it makes you wanna curl up in a ball).
Kidney stones?
Does Advil or Tylenol help it?
Just some things to ask yourself/consider.
Feel better soon.
