I didn't really plan on making changes, we just painted and decorated the way we wanted the room regardless of the baby's sex. You could always put decals or art on the walls if you want to accessorize it.

This is our second, so we held off on the nursery until baby was here. It now has lots of pink accents! Check out Pinterest for projects you can make as accents. Or leave it neutral. That's what we did when DS was born (also team green).
Well we knew we were team pink but we weren't getting any furniture that was girly and we also didn't paint, the walls are a neutral tan. So I just used decorations to make it girly, I made basically everything in her room. Crib skirt, sheets, painted shelves and decorations, and wall art with embroidery hoops and frames. Pictures below, some of them ended up being sideways.
We didn't. We added her name to the wall but would have done the same thing with a boy. I guess the letters are slightly more feminine than I might have done with a boy's name but that's it.
We just did a gender neutral nursery and won't be making changes so we can keep it gender neutral for the next kid. I really don't think babies mind too much what their rooms look like.
