Have you bought LO winter/snow boots yet? Ava has a couple pair of those cute fur lined boots but they aren't waterproof so therefore not for snow. So if you have bought some, where did you get them?

I also got used boots: kamik brand from stride rite. Been looking for his size, and finally found them at a yardsale today

Is she in a three now? Just asking since there's 4/5m that she might need them. We went with a 7 since the 6 fit perfectly. Wanted to make sure we made through the winter with just one pair.

Yes, we got two pairs at a consignment store. She has worn them already as it is cold in the mornings and she goes to daycare on the bus with DH so she needs to be warm and cozy. We haven't had snow yet but we might get some tomorrow.. Looking forward to playing with her in the snow and seeing her reaction.

What a score!! Those boots are really expensive - I would love to get her that kind but I refuse to pay full price for them when she's only going to be wearing them for a couple months.

I actually got them on sale in the store on Monday, so if there's not one close by it may not be an option.

oh good - glad you found something! We're a 5.5 now, so we got the Kamiks in a 7 for that reason
