Blood on her crib sheet

When I got DD out of her crib yesterday morning I noticed dark spots where her face had been - they looked like dried blood.  I searched DD and noticed spots on her lower lip where it looked like she had either been scratching herself or chewing her lip.  She only has her 2 bottom teeth but we think at least one upper or incisor is coming in - could that be where the blood came from?  It was a minsicule amount but it still freaked me out.  Anyone else have anything like this?

    One of my boys was drooling a little blood one day and upon investigation it was coming from one of his teeth that was just breaking through.

    My ds had this before and I think it was from biting his lip. He also had a cut on this toes the other day and it was from putting his foot in his mouth and biting it! His top 2 teeth are coming in this week.
