Officially moving over!! Pissed off today!
It's supposed to snow this afternoon and everyone in the office is already making plans to leave. DH and I work together and told our boss that we would need to leave early if daycare closes early, which she will.
Two people have already left and the seven others are planning on leaving at noon. Our managing partner does not want to close the office so at least two people have to keep the office open. Which leaves me and dh.
If daycare closes we are screwed.

The Managing Partner does have kids. He didn't come to the office today but still wants to keep it open.
It's never been an issue in the past because prior to having ds, we were the ones to stay whenever there was a storm. When I returned from leave I reminded them that my schedule would now be dictated, on some level, by daycare. I reminded them again, as winter approached that daycare would be closing during storms and I would need to go by their schedule.
I should have just worked from home today.
Eddy, she is in home. She closes early so that the parents get on the road. She has had parents not get to her house until 7:00pm when she didn't close.
