  If it's truly just saline I'd say go for it. Its literally just salt water.

  Edit: I'm assuming you mean saline spray for your nose......oh dear lord I hope so.

  Saline spray works well, but if you are out and find saline gel like Ayr, or a water based solution like aquaphor, the work great too. They are also safe, per my md, and have been the only thing that has helped stop my bloody noses. Good luck.
