STTN/Sleep Training Question

For those of you with infants who STTN, what time do they go to sleep/get up?
My twins are 8.5 months and I'm considering sleep training. We did Ferber at bedtime a few months ago (they never fussed for long) and now they are pretty good about getting themselves to sleep initially. They've been pretty good about dropping night feedings on their own (formula-fed), but seem to have plateaued at 2. My concern is that they go to bed early (6:30-7) and I'm not sure they can go all night without feeding. Most of the moms I've talked to with STTN babies put them down much later. What do you think?

    My boys both started STTN at 8.5 months (one started at 6.5 months). They have always gone to bed at 7pm. Until recently they were up for the day anytime between 5:30 and 6:30 (they now sleep until 7, angels sing!). They were formula fed.

    My boys started STTN at 8 months and were going to sleep at 6-630 at that time. They go to sleep now at 630-7 and sleep 12-12.5 hours every night. They were formula-fed when they started STTN.

    Mine started STTN at 6.5 months, and their bedtime has always been around 7 PM. I've actually tried to push it back, but they can't really handle any later than that, so 7 PM it will stay until further notice, ha! They typically sleep until about 7 AM (every once in awhile they'll have the random 5:30 or 6 AM wakeup....esp. if someone's teething).

    My girls starting sleeping through the night at 9 weeks old.  They are now 5.5 months old and they go down at 7 and wake between 6:15-7:30am.  They are formula fed as well.   We never wake them for a middle of the night feeding, and they have never regressed.  Fingers crossed.

    Mine started STTN at about 6.5 mos.  We did CIO once they started solid food.  They go down between 7-7:30 and sleep until 7-8am (though they slept til 10 this morning!).  They are breastfed.

    Initially they STTN from like 9-7am when they were 4 months old.  Then by 6 months old they had stretched it out to 7pm-7am.  I always made sure they were having a bottle every 3 hours during the day so they were taking in enough to hold them over at night.

    Mine started STTN at 4 months old and we start the bedtime routine at 7pm (bottle, bath, books) and put them in their cribs at 8pm. They sleep until 7am. We use a white noise sound machine with an ocean sound and it really does help to keep them sleeping.
