Where is the stain? Have you tried to clean it? I've had no problem getting BM poop out of things...carpet, changing pad cover, socks, bath towels, etc

I use oxiclean, with the pink lid, specifically designed for babies, and regular tide detergent. I don't CD but I use them for burp cloths, and DS pooped through his diaper and stained his sleeper and the above combo got it out.
I soak it in vinegar, make a paste of vinegar and baking sode and scrub it on there. Rinse and then throw it in the washer. I put the onsies in the sun to dry and the stains were gone. Not sure if the sun helped or if it was a coincidence.
My CD inserts have a little bit of staining. I use cold rinse and hot wash with Tide original. I just thought that was normal, the prefolds my cousin let me borrow also had some staining on them.

I rinse cold first, wash in hot, extra rinse in hot.
It sounds like maybe i need to add more detergent. Maybe they just aren't getting cleaned enough?
ETA: I wouldn't add more than the recommended amt of detergent unless they're not smelling clean.
I would try sunning them if it bothers you.
