Did your dr recommend Tylenol or Motrin for pain? Did one seem to work better than the other? I'd like to have something on hand for her tomorrow but don't know if one is better than the other

They are too young for ibuprofen so no motrin.

My doc didn't say anything for pain at the one month shots. DS was fine the next day (he got the shot at night). We have 2 month shots next week, so I don't know if the doc will recommend anything then.

Tylenol. Mine didn't need anything for several hours afterwards but then he woke up SCREAMING as he was moving his legs.

Thanks. I just want her to be as comfortable as possible. I'm not looking forward to it tomorrow

Tylenol, but most babies wont need it. DS had his 2 month shots today and he was perfectly fine. Hopefully, your LO will be good too!

Thanks! How is your GSD handling the baby? One of mine (in my pic) could care less. The other wants to be with my son at all times. It is getting hilarious.

Half a teaspoon of Tylenol was what my pedi said for him. He's 11 lbs 6 oz.

Tylonel worked for DD. She just needed one dosage the night of her shots (Wed) and was basically back to normal yesterday. She just wanted a few more cuddles.

Tylenol.. She told me to give it to her before but never suggested how much to give her unfortunately..

No ibuprofen till after 6 months. But with ds1 I gave Tylenol every 6 hours for the first day after shots starting at 2 month old. He always seemed a little cranky and sore legs.
