A few weeks ago, I took out a frozen bag of breastmilk and had it in a cooler but didn't use it. When I got home it was still super-cold but no longer frozen. I put it back in the freezer....can I still use it or I have to toss it?
Thanks, ladies!

Re: Breastmilk Q
I always went with the rule to not refreeze (per kellymom). I would probably toss it, unfortunately

Darn. I kind of knew that was the answer but was hoping it was a myth.
In theory you could have fed the thawed milk if you hadn refrozen it first, and them pumped to replace that milk, so maybe that's something to remember if that happens again?
