daycare etiquette/feeling bad

in November 2012 Moms
So on Tuesday both DH and I stayed home sick with stomach flu. We took DD to daycare because she showed no signs or symptoms and we did not want her catching it from us. Now her daycare lady is sick. :( Are we bad parents for sending her knowing she was exposed even though she never had symptoms? I feel so bad that the daycare lady has it now. Lay it on me bumpies.

    I wouldn't feel bad. Unless she is the only child your day care provider sees there is no way for you to know how she got it and if you guys had it then it is probably going around.

    I wouldn't feel bad either, if your child is fine she can go to daycare. As PP said, daycare lady could have got it from anywhere.
