  Hey guys, thank you for your support. Unfortunately, I had my beta yesterday and IVF#1 was a bust. I am heartbroken I don't really understand why it was such a flop... it seems to be an egg quality issue. The doctors are having a meeting next Monday to discuss the failed IVF cases and come up with a new plan. I'll meet with my doctor on November 4th to find out where to go from there.

  Thoughts and prayers @runcc37. I'm so sorry for you. I left this commenton your blog, but I will tell you again. Another IVF cycle will give your doctors the chance to tweak your protocol and further evaluate your case to get things just right.  Hang in there. I know there is a BFP in your future.   I'm so, so sorry. My first cycle was such an unexpected disaster (suspected embryo quality issues) and I took the failure really hard. That news is just so awful and my heart hurts to hear this outcome! Keeping everything crossed that your RE has the perfect plan in place for your next cycle. Many hugs your way!

  @runCC37.  Sorry to hear about your cycle.  That sucks.  It's frustrating not to have answers and have that 2ww hope crushed.  I hope your grieving is short lived and the next step comes quickly.  

  Me = 36 with PCOS and 1 tube removed for a cyst and adhesions

  DH = 35 with low morphology

  
  

  April '09 IVF (antagonist protocol) = 5R5M, none fertilized, cancelled at ET

  May/June '09 IVF/ICSI = 6R6M6F, 2ET on 6.18.09, 1 frostie, Beta on

  6.30.09 = 51 OMG!! Beta #2 = 167 Beta #3 = 2630!!!!! An uneventful pregnancy. 

  3.16.10 a healthy beautiful miracle boy born via unscheduled c-section
