Recipe Swap: Pumpkin

I have about 8 cups of fresh pumpkin puree. Any good recipes to share to use it up? I'm looking for chocolate pumpkin cupcakes right now, but I'm open to breads, muffins, whatever you've got that you recommend. I have a lot and would hate to waste it.

I don't have any recipes but I'm looking forward to seeing some. You can also freeze it to bake with later. My mom did that when I was a kid

I made pumpkin pancakes this morning..
I doubled the amount of pumpkin, and they were delicious.

My LO loves these. DH made a similar recipe a couple of weekends ago. We froze the leftovers and it made for a really easy breakfast.
