So, I was looking in to the ingredients of these and while looking on webmd I found some info that made me question if all the items were safe. The two key ingredients in lactation cookies are Brewers Yeast (
https://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-715-BREWER'S YEAST.aspx?activeIngredientId=715&activeIngredientName=BREWER'S YEAST) and Flaxseed (
https://www.webmd.com/diet/features/benefits-of-flaxseed?page=3). Both items via webmd say that pregnant and nursing women should stay away from them. I know they tell pregnant and nursing women to stay away from almost everything but I'm just curious if there is anyone that knows these items are actually safe to take. I'm assuming the quantities required to make cookies are safe but the information is conflicting so I wanted to see what everyone else thought. Thanks!
