So, what are the things that you guys are just now doing for the first time with your babies?
L front faced in a stroller for the first time today while I was working out at the park. We've only ever used a snap and go before.
On the way home I stopped and pumped gas with him in the car. I can't believe I've managed to avoid doing that for over 6 months.
You?
Re: Firsties!
We used his big boy car seat for the first time yesterday. I much prefer it to the detachable infant bucket.
He did the Target cart last week before we went on vacation and it was so much easier. We started forward-facing him in the stroller, too, and he absolutely LOVED it -- loved looking around and taking it all in (we were at the Mall of America).
We also played in yard yesterday. It may seem crazy but it's been so hot here if we are outside we are in the pool. Yesterday we spread a blanket and tried to eat grass

I think my LO is a peanut. She's just now able to really use her jumperoo. Her feet finally hit the ground even on the lowest setting!
She's close to sitting up but not quite there yet. I can't wait to be able to use the shopping carts rather than lugging the damn carrier.
