  My LO is 3.5 weeks and I just enjoyed a 45 minute walk, with her in the moby wrap AND pushing my 2 year old in his stroller. The whole time I kept thinking 'OMG I'm so happy to feel somewhat normal again!' Is say my SPD stuck around for 4 or 5 days after LO was born. I'm still having sporadic sciatic pain... Really hoping that eventually goes away.

  Mine is just about gone and he's a week old. I never saw anyone for it because my doc said it was just a temporary fix and a constant cost. So I opted to ginger it.

  This post makes me want to rejoice with hope! I'm so tired of the constant pain every time I move. I can't wait to feel normal again!

  Mine still hurts sometimes and then I wonder if it is just phantom pains from having hurt for so long. But some days are more noticeable than others. I am 1week pp.
