SS - Whatever kind I can find that doesn't have a gap at the waist in order to fit my butt (most recently Joe's Jeans and Lucky Brand).
Me too! I also have great success with Paige Denim as she is the fit model for them and has the body type.
Totally agree with both if you!! Aside from the gap at the waist, my legs are short that I have to find jeans that also fit length wise. I usually wear skinny jeans and roll up the bottoms a bit. My biggest pet peeve is when the bottom of your jeans get wet!!
I really wish women's jeans were sold like men's so you can get pants that fit in the waist AND length!
I bought a couple pairs from Target recently; JLo in Kohl's seem to fit my "American thighs" quite nicely. I avoid jeans mostly because I hate trying them on. I chose, whatever is on sale because that is typically how I shop in general
Married the love of my life June 18, 2011 -- Me (28) DH (29)
DH tells me that the government should send terrorists jean shopping with me as a punishment :-??
I'll admit it is pretty bad because I have to find jeans that fit in the rear, waist & length. I'm short but have a J. Lo booty so low rise do not completely cover my crack, but misses sizes are way too long in the crotch. Old Navy Sweetheart fit works pretty well but Levi's are best. I usually avoid them because of the price (I'm a tight wad) but I just found some Silver jeans that are mid rise that fit perfectly. They are a tad too long but nothing I can't live with.

SS: I buy my jeans mostly from Maurice's. 50% of the time they don't come from the actual store, I get them at thrift stores for cheap. I suffer from noassetal, and their jeans usually have stitching on the back pockets or flaps which give the illusion of a butt. I also have some old navy jeans, but DH calls them my old lady jeans ha!
I have short term memory loss. Do not take it personally if I do not remember you right away.

I really dislike wearing jeans bc they always feel so restrictive. I wear scrubs for work, so anything that doesn't have an elastic waist feels weird. Haha.
My favorite jeans are from American eagle, but I feel so old when I go in there. I really need to find a new brand that fits me as well.

Yes please! At 5'0" I just get mine hemmed or hem them myself. I've given up on trying to find a length that fits. But that means I have pants sitting in my closet until I decide whether I want to brave doing my own hem or pay the tailor $12.
Exactly! You hate having jeans just sit there without being worn but it's hard to justify spending extra money on jeans you just bought!
Seven for All Mankind, but only if I get them used or on a super sale. I don't go for the ones with ridiculous designs, but I know they make them. There's just nothing like the thickness and quality of the denim in premium jeans.
I love sevens! I want to buy a pair but they're so pricey.
@ekgibs I also have a big booty. I'm slightly ashamed to say, but I bought a pair of Apple Bottom jeans and they were amazing. One of the only jeans I've ever bought that fit around my butt without sagging at the waist and thighs.
Have you tried on sevens? I thought I wanted some, but the ones that I've tried on have not worked for my big booty at all!
I used to only wear American Eagle jeans. Now that I'm too old, and too cheap I wear Old Navy jeans. They don't last as long but they are cheaper. I like the fit alright too.

No I haven't. I tried true religions in and had the same problem. But I tried on a pair if Citizens and holy crap it was amazing. They got literally perfectly in the waist, butt, thighs, and length. Straight off the rack, no alterations needed. Maybe check them out?
These are very fancy jeans you ladies are talking about. I swear it's my lifes dream to own a pair of any of these. I need to save my allowance for a year so I can afford a pair!

I swear this is the only thing I splurge on, and sometimes I can find them at TJ Maxx or even Savers. I have gotten a couple of pairs of Joe's Jeans for $8.99!!!

Yes, I'm an Old Navy jean kind of gal for the most part. I have some Levi's but they are a bit pricey for me. Great responses girls! Thanks!
ETA: Old Navy's are nice and LONG!!! I'm 5'11" so I need long jeans!
