Anecdotes FTW! I went into labor at 35w so therefore everyone else should pack their hospital bags and have all their freezer meals done at 34 weeks. Or even earlier than that, because we've had several ladies deliver at 27w.
Aw, hell. Just pack your bag when you get a BFP. That solves everything.

Is it sad that my PSA as a TTM was going to be a warning that dogs love to tear apart shitty diapers? Should I be PSAing about more pertinent stuff like spontaneous labor can happen spontaneously?
If I don't have time to eat and pack a bag during early labor, I don't think either food or clothing is going to be my main concern. (Plus we live 10-15 minutes from the hospital, so it would be easy enough to get stuff there afterwards.)

I've had my bag mostly packed for about a week now...I feel like it's taunting me. Baby girl was antsy to arrive early in the pregnancy so I made myself get ready and now she's just chillin' and teasing as to whether she's really ready to come. The hospital bag is a dirty reminder that I'm still pregnant and uncomfortable and could be so for the next 4.5 weeks should she decide it's so.
Okay.. Legit though.. Maybe this should be my FFFC. But I am just about 38 weeks and I haven't packed a hospital bag. I packed the baby's diaper bag the other day after a ton of lower back pain.. But this hospital bag thing is the last bit of denial that I have left. I am definitely not one of those people who needs a billion things but maybe I should at least pull out the bag and put in the stuff that I don't use every day.
And umm Wedding.. Who hasn't had their crotchless spidey outfit since like 2nd tri. Get your shit together woman!
If I remember right I think she told everyone that the baby could come early so we should have our hospital bags packed because her baby had come early and she had nothing packed when her water broke. I skimmed it but that's what I got out if it.
Oh. Wow. That was informative. Too bad I missed out on all the valuable information, how will I manage the rest of my pregnancy now?

Yeah, that was basically it. It wasn't bad advice; it just annoyed me because it was so terribly obvious advice. (Plus I'm already in week 37, so warning me that I might need my bags packed before week 36 made my cranky pregnant self eyeroll a bit.)
