Alice in Onederland Theme: there will be signs with white rabbits that say "I'm Late" and some with a Rabbit that says "Down the rabbit hole" with balloons leading from the main road to the actual venue so that guest can "follow the white rabbit" then the door will be covered where you enter through a giant keyhole with a banner above it that says party. The walkway through to the party room will be covered in colorful streamers with a photo banner of Dd (one per month) and then a first birthday "chalkboard". The doorway to the party room will have card guards on each side. The drink table, the dessert table, and the gift table will have blue table skirts, white table clothes, black bows, and a pennant banner. The drink and gift table will have pink, blue and white tissue pom poms above them, and the dessert table will have a pink fabric (with what I consider to be a very alice-y print on it) back drop with banners that say "Emersyn's Wonderland". Guest tables will be in alternating pink and blue table cloths with a centerpiece on each. The centerpiece has books, a drink me bottle! Playing cards, a mini teaset and a mini top hat. there will be jumbo playing cards and teacups on the wall. Toward the back, there will be a photo booth with a tree/ Cheshire Cat backdrop, photo props and a remote for the camera on a tripod. The food is only desserts because the party is at 2 so it's kind of in between meals and desserts work well for a tea party. There will be tea, lemonade and water to drink. Chocolate, Vanilla, and Pumpkin Cupcakes, Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter cookies, strawberry and cream cheese angel food cake rolls, and lemon bars. Then Emersyn will have a small smash cake decorated to look like a tree with some flowers and a white rabbit going down a rabbit hole. Older kids will receive a coloring book and crayons in their favor bags along with the same white rabbit stuffed animal the babies will get in theirs.

What do you think you're missing?

Here's a super basic party checklist.:
1) Food
2) Decoration
3) Entertainment

It sounds like you're covered on the decorations. Personally, I'd want some fruit on the dessert table (I'm not much of a sweets fan) but that's not a necessity, you have plenty of food. For entertainment, adults are happy just chatting with each other. Depending on the age of the guests, you may need something for kids to do - a blanket spread on the floor with some stuffed animals for the little guys. Some toys laid out or at least room to run for older kids.
