Per diem

I am a pd employee. I am due with baby 2. I will meet all of my states disability requirements by the birth. But I am unsure if I can collect bc I am pd. anyone know about this? TIA

    Sorry, I don't quite follow. Do you mean you're paid per day? How many hours a week do you work? Does your employer consider you contract, PT, or FT?

    Check with your state's program; these rules vary from state to state. If you have a few free hours (for the inevitable hold times), you can call your state's department of labor to ask about your specific situation.
